• Rental of a lock up bedroom with desk and internet phone line
• Apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries in each apartment
• Washing machines and dryers, irons and ironing boards provided
• Apartments are fully reverse cycle air-conditioned
• Electricity is included
• All crockery and pots and pans are included
• Linen is included
• Cleaning of apartment on vacancy

The package does not include Internet and telephone connection and usage. This is paid to Telstra direct.

TOTAL SEMESTER COST per student twin share: $275 per week per student (total AU$5500 for 20 weeks) plus a AU$550 holding deposit must be paid and will be refunded on departure less any damages or breakages.
