BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All linen and towelling is included in the price however if guest requires fresh towels daily, an additional fee will be charged.
SPECIAL MONTHLY RATES APPLY EXCEPT FOR XMAS AND NEW YEAR.
Monthly rates apply to 4 or more consecutive weeks.
All one night bookings in the off peak period are to be charged at one night peak rate

Tariffs: Tariffs are subject to change without notice.

Bookings: A deposit of full payment for 1 night bookings is required. $150 deposit is required for booking up to $700 then $220 deposit is required for booking above $700. For bookings of 4 weeks or more, a deposit of 1 week rate is required. The balance is payable upon arrival by cash, eftpos or credit card. Personal or Company cheques cannot be accepted on arrival.

Check-in: Check-in time is after 2 pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out: Check out time is by 10 am on the day of departure.

All apartments are fully self-contained and all linen and towels are provided. For a booking longer than 7 days a full linen change will be supplied weekly.

Cancellation Policy on bookings of 3 weeks or less: If a booking is cancelled within 3 weeks of the check in date, the deposit will not be refunded.

On bookings for 3 weeks or more: If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the check in date, the deposit will not be refunded.

No Show: If guests fail to turn up on arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Administration Fee: $33 fee applies per apartment where a booking is cancelled and a refund is due.

In-House Cancellation Policy: If guests in house shorten their stay, then 24 hours notice must be given otherwise an additional day rate is charged. If guests paid weekly rate then the rate is adjusted to the daily rate and a $33 administration fee will be charged for refunds.
