Yes, a holding deposit equal to 2 weeks rent is payable within 24 hours of being approved.
Is the holding deposit refundable?

How do I pay my rent?
Payment of rent can be made via eftpos, Cheque or Ezidebit – this is a service that we offer that will automatically transfer your rent to us on the due date so you are never in arrears.
